Will I be able to track my shipping?
Yes, once you’ve placed your order, you’ll receive a confirmation email from us. When your order is on its way, you’ll also receive another email from our courier company Sendle with tracking details. Keep an eye out for these emails in your inbox (and junk folder too). It can take up to 24 hours to receive tracking information.
How do I sell on Hunter Markets? 
As much as we would love to sell everyone’s clothing, for the time being Hunter Markets only sells clothing on behalf of influencers. Wanting further information? Get in touch hello@huntermarkets.com.au
Are all items secondhand?
Majority of items are pre loved, a portion of the items have been “gifted” to an influencer, so some items still have tags on. We will specify the condition of each piece in the product description.
How can I be sure my items will be of good quality?
Hunter markets pride itself on being a better second hand alternative. We will not list a dirty, stained, or broken item. If an item has a small flaw, we will disclose this in the product description and photograph the imperfection.  
I can’t find anything in my size.
Hunter Markets strives to cater to all bodies. We call out and contact a variety of influencers, we also never assume the influencers size, nor do we contact a certain type. We try our upmost hardest to cater to all sizes, sometimes it’s just up to who wants to sell with us. We would never force someone to do so. Wanting to HUNT through a certain influencers wardrobe? I came back to my shopping cart but the item I wanted to buy has gone?
An item is not yours until you have checkout and paid. As frustrating as it can be to miss out on an item you love, it's also what makes shopping second hand clothing extra special and exciting. We only have one of each item on our website.
I live close to your warehouse, can I come pick up an item?
Yes! Select Click & Collect when checking out.
Do you offer returns?
Unfortunately no. The nature of this business makes it very hard to manage returns. You can read more about our returns policy here..
I accidentally put the wrong address in, what should I do?
Shoot us an email ASAP with your order # and the correct address. NOTE: Once your item has been sent, we will not be responsible for your parcel if the incorrect address was provided.
 

MARKET DAY FAQ's

 

What time should I come?
Doors open at 9am but people start queueing at around 8. We recommend getting down early to get first pick of the best stuff, HOWEVER, coming later in the day means less crowds and more bargains as stallholders usually reduce the prices of items towards the end of the day.
Is there an entry fee?
Entry to Hunter Markets is just $2 which we ask you to pay in cash on the door.
Is the market cash or card?
The majority of stalls are cash only, some stalls offer EFT but it's safer to bring cash just in case. There is no ATM inside Hunter Markets.
Where do I pay?
Our market is made up of individual stalls, please pay for your items with the stall holder before moving on to the next stall. 
Are doggos allowed?
YESSSS! As we are an indoor market, we kindly ask that you only bring your pup if they are toilet trained.
Are there change rooms?
Yes! You must ask the stall holders permission before trying on their items. The toilets must NOT be used as change rooms.
Where can I get a coffee?
At our coffee window right out the front of our market, @10balcombe serving hot coffee by @st_ali 
What should I bring?
Wear your vibiest fit and bring cash, your $2 for entry, your face mask, a tote for all your bargain buys and a keep cup for your coffee!
How do I get there?
Our pink warehouse is on Balcombe Road, just 500m away from Mentone stations and on several bus routes. Alternatively, you can drive to Hunter markets.
Where can I park? 
Street parking outside the market is available on the weekends, however it is very limited and we do not have a car park!
